Any woman or girl in Nigeria affected by trauma. No income, insurance, or paperwork barrier.

How do I choose between online and in-person?

Choose what's safest and most convenient. Both offer quality, confidential care.

Can I get help without a smartphone?

Yes. We offer both video call therapy and in-person sessions.

What if I can't afford transportation?

We offer transport stipends, just mention this in your intake form.

Are sessions confidential?

Absolutely. All therapists follow professional ethical codes.

How long are sessions?

Standard sessions are 60 minutes, with 90 minutes available if needed.

How do we know it works?

Research shows reminders and digital tools improve therapy access and outcomes. We collect session data and feedback to refine our services in real time.
